Acceptance
By accessing our website or app and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be 13+ (or the age of majority in your location to purchase). If you’re under 18, you confirm you have parental consent.
Products & availability
Most items are made-on-demand by our partner Printful. Small variations in color/placement are normal.
Limited editions and “final sale” items may have restricted quantities, restocks are not guaranteed.
We try to display colors and sizing accurately, but displays vary.
Pricing, taxes & promotions
Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes, duties, and shipping are calculated at checkout based on destination and item(s). One promo code per order unless stated otherwise.
Orders & shipping
Order confirmation does not equal acceptance; we may cancel/refund due to suspected fraud, errors, or stock issues.
Production typically begins shortly after purchase; changes/cancellations may not be possible once production starts.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier to the address you provide.
Returns & exchanges
Because products are made-to-order, we accept returns for defective or misprinted items within 30 days of delivery. Contact [Support@riftterra.com] with photos and your order number.
Customer-caused issues (wrong size, address errors, buyer’s remorse) may not be eligible; where possible we’ll help with a paid replacement.
Limited-edition/final-sale items are typically non-returnable unless defective.
Payments
We use third-party processors (e.g., Wix Payments/Stripe/PayPal/Apple Pay/Google Pay). By purchasing, you agree to their terms and authorize them to charge your chosen method.
Gift cards & loyalty (if enabled)
Gift cards are redeemable only on Rift Terra; non-refundable, not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
Loyalty points, if offered, have no cash value and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Intellectual property
All designs, graphics, logos, photos, text, and code are Rift Terra IP or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or exploit our content without written consent.
User content
If you submit reviews or images, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and share them for marketing and store purposes. You confirm you own or have rights to any content you submit.
Prohibited uses
No unlawful activity; no attempts to interfere with the site/app; no scraping; no infringing, defamatory, or harmful content.
Disclaimers & liability
Services and products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Rift Terra against claims arising from your misuse of the site/app or breach of these Terms.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of U.S. Virgin Islands, without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in [St. Thomas], unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes & termination
We may update these Terms at any time September 25, 2025. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
