Order Processing (Made-to-Order)
Most items are produced on demand. Typical production time: 2–7 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Orders with multiple items may ship separately at no extra cost.

USA: 3–8 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
Europe: 3–8 business days
Rest of World: 7–20 business days

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link when each package ships. Tracking may activate within 24–48 hours.
Address Issues
Please double-check your address. We can’t reroute packages after shipment. Returned packages due to address errors may incur reship fees.

International recipients are responsible for any customs/VAT/import fees required by their country.
Lost/Damaged Items
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact support@riftterra.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date (include photos for damage claims). We’ll replace or refund according to our policy.

Dates shown are estimates. Pre-order items ship when ready and may arrive separately.
