Fulfillment, Shipping & Risk of Loss
Most items are produced on demand and shipped by our fulfillment partners. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for timelines, tracking, duties, and lost/damaged procedures.
Returns/Exchanges
Please review our Refund/Return Policy for eligibility, timelines, and instructions. Final-sale items (e.g., custom embroidery, clearance, gift cards) are not returnable unless defective.

eGift cards are non-refundable, not reloadable, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
